· A small facility, with tents that blend well with the environment. The tents have been elected on platforms to minimize the facility's impact on the environment.
· Have secured the area for wildlife and conservation, averting looming land subdivision
· Community: $40 from each guest goes to the community through camping fee. It also supports Koiyaki Guiding School by giving it $10 for every bed night. Also gives bursaries to students at the guiding school
· Takes visitors to local cultural centers and encouraging visitors to buy locally made products. To avoid exploitation, it collects the fees and remits them to the cultural centers in full.
· All detergents, shampoos and gels are 100% biodegradable

· Washing is minimized to save water; linen changed once every 3 to 4 days. Ol Seki does not have a swimming pool as a way of saving water
